This support plan is meant for customers who want a clean start and proper initial setup but don't need or want priority support for running cBackup instance. At customer's option the installation and setup process can be streamed via any available conference solution, accompanied with comments about the entire process.
To request a deployment by our team you need to provide SSH access to the clean server with fresh Linux installed system (CentOS 6, 7 or Ubuntu 16 LTS of your choice). If server appliance is running another application at no circumstances we are not exposed to liability of any data losses on that server. Consequently we strictly encourage to allocate dedicated appliance for cBackup installation.
If you require deployment on the specific Linux distribution aside from list of supported distributions or want to entrust the operating system installation and setup to our team, please contact us for an individual quote.
Please note, that current support plan defrays only one-time installation and initial setup process with comments and explanations to the fullest extent possible. Any further support is provided on the same basis as everyone else in regular users' group.
