Phone or Skype support are available by prior arrangement. Support plan includes initial deployment and setup on clean Linux installation at customer's option. Support plan does not include remote system administration or network equipment configuration assistance.

Priority ticket processing
Your support becomes our priority and our response will be provided within the shortest possible time. Please make sure you write from a registered email address to be recognized as a user of correct support plan. Your forum and discord account also will be upgraded to represent you as a subscriber of the particular support plan.

Deployment by our team
To benefit the most of our support we offer initial cBackup deployment and setup made by our team. It is not mandatory requirement, you can subscribe for Premium support plan at any time, with new or existing cBackup installation without any limitations.
Deployment limitations
To request a deployment by our team you need to provide SSH access to the clean server with fresh Linux installed system (CentOS 6, 7 or Ubuntu 16 LTS of your choice). If server appliance is running another application at no circumstances we are not exposed to liability of any data losses on that server. Consequently we strictly encourage to allocate dedicated appliance for cBackup installation.
If you require deployment on the specific Linux distribution aside from list of supported distributions or want to entrust the operating system installation and setup to our team, please contact us for an individual quote.
